(KNL) is a well respected, Haitian non-profit community organization established in Rockland County in 1987, for the purpose of assisting Rockland's substantial (and growing) Haitian community, while raising awareness and appreciation of the Haitian culture and promoting understanding among all communities within the County.

Konbit Neg Lakay (KNL) is a Department of Justice recognized agency that has been serving the residents of Rockland County for the past 30 years, KNL also provides free Citizenship preparation classes as well as classes in both literacy and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
